Resumo: The objective of this study was to identify the main costs of Arabica coffee production in Brazil and how they correlate with inflation between 2008 and 2018. The study was classified as descriptive, quantitative and documentary. Data collection on Arabica coffee costs was done through the CONAB website and inflation data through the IPEADATA website. Data were grouped using Excel software and tabulated using IBM SPSS. The organization of the samples was separated by hub cities and then the normality and correlation tests were applied, which showed the existence of a positive correlation between production costs and inflation. Among the samples analyzed, the only one that showed no correlation was that of Luís Eduardo Magalhães/ BA, the other samples showed a correlation in almost all variables, except for labor costs. This work has helped to identify the main costs of Arabica coffee production in the main cities of Brazil and to understand how inflation affects each cost.

Entre as amostras analisadas a única que não mostrou nenhuma correlação foi de Luís Eduardo Magalhães/BA, as demais amostras demonstraram correlação em quase todas variáveis exceto em mão de obra.
