By concerns about the mechanisms of how technology is embedded in the human context, try to find a place to think about the contemporary, or from and about the relationships with the world. Here, these mechanisms are exemplified by the Internet, specifically its use by adolescents. We invite the reader to think about a current society, in which relations between beings organize themselves into a perspective of functionality. In other words, the concept of otherness in existing interpersonal relationships, that the twentieth century called solidarity, wins the narcissism and spectacular grounds for the inter-relationships, and these appear to be part of contemporary subjectivity. During the walk about adolescence and the machine built on interpersonal relationships, some themes and theoretical foundations were designed.
