Os reflexos financeiros das políticas de incentivo à inovação nas empresas do setor automotivo listadas na B3

The main objective of this study was to analyze the reflection of the incentive policies for innovation in the financial indicators of the automotive companies listed in Brazil, Bolsa and Balcão (B3). The research is classified as descriptive, quali-quantitative in nature. Data collection was performed using the Economática® database and the official websites of companies and B3. As main results, it was observed that, through the analysis of the Liquidity and Capital Structure Indices, Mahle-Metal Leve presented the best indexes, in relation to the other companies. Noteworthy is the ROE of 31.6% of the Mahle-Metal company in 2004, having fallen to 0.3% in 2016, increasing again to 21.7% in 2018. Analyzing the Invested Capital, we can see Iochpe Maxion had the best evolution in the period analyzed. What caught the most attention was the fact that only the company Mahle-Metal mentioned the adhesion of the incentive policy for innovation, the Brasil Maior Plan. With this, it is suggested that the Good Law, the Science, Technology and Innovation Action Plan (PACTI) and the Productive Development Plan (PDP) had positive effects on Iochpe Maxion Liquidity Ratios. In general, the Lei do Bem had a significant representation in Iochpe Maxion Capital Structure Ratios and Mahle-Metal Leve Liquidity Ratios, so it can be suggested that the Brasil Maior Plan (PBM) favored the increase in Mahle-Metal Leve Invested Capital.
