Afastamentos dos profissionais de enfermagem da UTI adulto de um hospital universitário de Uberlândia: implicações

Resumo: The present study discusses the relationship between the environment and the nature of work with the prevalent diseases in nursing professionals of the Adult ICU of a University Hospital of Uberlândia that imply removal and to know the perception of the worker in the face of all this process that culminated in his removal. . For this, the specific objectives listed were to know the profile of the nursing team; identify the causes of sick leave and analyze the workers' view of the illness process. Data on prevalent diseases were collected in the Specialized Safety Engineering and Occupational Medicine Service (SESMT) and Server Life and Health Directorate (DIRQS) sectors and profile data were collected from the Nursing Directorate and after This collection consisted of a questionnaire regarding the workers' view of the disease process that culminated in their removal. For quantitative analysis was used the statistical program Bioestat version 5.3 (free software), and for qualitative interpretation was performed through content analysis in thematic analysis. The results showed a predominance of professionals from the nursing technician category (63.5%), female (87.8%), age range 31-40 years (39.1%), single marital status (50, 4%) in relation to working time in the institution, the predominance is of professionals with less than one year in the institution (35.7%) showing a high turnover of workers. According to ICD-10, the predominant diseases group in these professionals were respectively: CIDF00 F99 group of diseases related to behavioral mental disorders (19.02%) and M00 M99 group of diseases of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue (18.84 %). It was possible to identify through the professional's view that the environment and nature of ICU nursing work is closely related to illness due to multiple attributions and working under pressure in a tense environment due to the criticality of the patients and the environment's own particularities implying in physical and mental tiredness. However, even with all the negative parts of ICU nursing work, the nursing professional still feels satisfaction and personal fulfillment with the activity performed. In order to deepen the investigations regarding the relationship of the environment and nature of the work in the Adult ICU and its health. study population is necessary new approaches to study, since the subject does not end here, we believe that our results point to the urgent need for changes in the working conditions of this group of professionals with local measures as the permanent services of psychology and physical therapist focused on professional care, and bureaucratic and organizational measures such as reducing the workload.

Para isto os objetivos específicos elencados foram: conhecer o perfil da equipe de enfermagem; identificar as causas de afastamentos e analisar a visão do trabalhador frente ao processo de adoecimento. Os dados referentes às doenças prevalentes foram coletados nos setores de Serviço Especializado em Engenharia de Segurança e Medicina do Trabalho (SESMT) e na Diretoria de Vida e Saúde do Servidor (DIRQS) e os dados de perfil foram levantados junto à diretoria de enfermagem e após esta coleta foi aplicado questionário referente à visão do trabalhador frente processo de adoecimento que culminou em seu afastamento. Para análise quantitativa foi utilizado o programa estatístico Bioestat versão 5.3 (software livre), e para qualitativa foi realizado a interpretação através da análise de conteúdo na modalidade de analise temática. Os resultados demostraram predominância de profissionais da categoria de técnico de enfermagem (63,5%), do sexo feminino (87,8%), faixa etária de 31 a 40 anos (39,1%), o estado civil solteiros (50,4%) e em relação ao tempo de trabalho na instituição o predomínio é de profissionais com menos de um ano na instituição (35,7%) demostrando uma alta rotatividade de trabalhadores. Constatou-se segundo o CID- 10 que o grupo doenças predominantes nestes profissionais foram respectivamente: CIDF00 F99 grupo de doenças relacionadas a transtornos mentais comportamentais (19,02%) e M00 M99 grupo de doenças do sistema osteomuscular e tecido conjuntivo (18,84%). Foi possível identificar através da visão do profissional que o ambiente e natureza do trabalho de enfermagem em UTI tem estreita relação com o adoecimento devido as múltiplas atribuições e o trabalhar sobre pressão em um ambiente tenso devido a criticidade dos pacientes e as próprias particularidades do ambiente implicando em cansaço físico e mental.
