A criança vítima de violência sexual intrafamiliar: consultas terapêuticas em um ambulatório especializado

In the field of intrafamily child sexual violence, there are several factors that influence the cases to be kept in secret, including the child’s difficulty in reporting a family figure. Thus, the concern of several areas of health and, also, of the Law, arises in seeking the least invasive way of listening to the child about the violence suffered, providing him with care at the same time that he is being asked to reveal the family secret. In the present work, this phenomenon was approached from the perspective of Psychoanalysis, especially from the theoretical-practical contributions of Winnicott. The objective was to investigate the clinical and investigate potential of a clinical setting, in an outpatient clinic specialized in sexual violence. To this end, we present five playful interviews, conducted with six children victims of intrafamily sexual violence. After each clinical interview, the researcher who conducted them produced psychoanalytic narratives of the meetings, in order to: 1) recognize the fields inhabited by children during the interviews, based on the Field Theory, and 2) investigate whether there was a transition between the fields during the first encounter. It was observed that playful interviews proved to be potent in interventional and investigative terms, already in the first encounter, with playing and holding helping children both to regain confidence in the environment and to reveal what had happened. It is hoped, based on the knowledge produced, to contribute for the professionals of the specialized network to advance in the care that has been offered.
