Resumo: With the growth of the civil construction sector and the increase in competitiveness among organizations in the sector, the search for management tools to improve organizational efficiency is boosted, and as organizations are composed of people, efficient people management is essential. The objective of the work is to identify the main factors that influence the people management in a small civil construction from the beginning to the end of a house construction. Therefore, several tools were used to analyze the management model and productivity during the stages of building a house. The research is classified as a case study, being carried out in a company located in the inland of Minas Gerais. The study showed that people management has a considerable impact on the team's performance, having different challenges at each stage of construction, which can be overcome through good leadership.

O objetivo do trabalho é identificar os principais fatores que influenciam a gestão de pessoas em uma construção civil de pequeno porte do início ao fim de uma construção de uma casa. Portanto, foram utilizadas diversas ferramentas para analisar o modelo de gestão e a produtividade durante as etapas da construção de uma casa. A pesquisa se classifica como estudo de caso, sendo realizada em uma empresa localizada no interior de Minas Gerais.
