Work of conclusion of course - Federal University of Uberlândia, Uberlândia - MG. Privacy Policy | Dr. Maurício Martins Beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) is an annual herbaceous plant belonging to the family Fabaceae, which may present both determined and undetermined growth. O breeding is based on knowledge of the specific characteristics of with potential for crop production, including socioeconomic conditions, technological and edaphoclimatic approaches, seeking to overcome the obstacles that may arise conditions, with the objective of bringing new genotypes with greater efficiency and profitability. O present experiment is part of the Cultivation and Use Value Assays (VCU) developed by Embrapa Rice and Beans in different areas in Brazil, and was conducted at Fazenda Experimental Água Limpa, owned by the Federal University of Uberlândia, in Uberlândia-MG, in 2015. The experimental design was the one of blocks (DBC), being 25 treatments and three blocks, totaling 75 plots. The treatments comprised the genotypes: CNFCMG 11-13; BRS AMETISTA; E09 / 10-15; E09 / 10-5; CNFC 10429; VC-27; CNFC 11946; VC-25; E09 / 10-8; VC-29; VC-24; E09 / 10-28; MOTHER PEARL; CNFCMG 11-07; VC-28; VC-30; MAJESTIC; E09 / 10-27; TALISMAN; CNFCMG 11-08; E09 / 10-10; E09 / 10-7; CNFCMG 11-06; VC-26 and the PEARL bearing. The evaluated characteristics were: productivity (kg ha -1), number of pods per plant, number of grains per pod, mass of 100 grains (g) and final plants. The results found that there were no significant differences for productivity, pods per plant and neither for grains per pod among the evaluated genotypes. However in the characteristic mass of 100 grains, genotypes CNFCMG 11-07; E09 / 10-7 and VC-24 obtained the best results.

Orientador: Prof. Dr. Maurício Martins O Feijão (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) é uma planta anual herbácea, pertencente à família Fabaceae, que pode apresentar tanto crescimento determinado, como indeterminado. O melhoramento genético se baseia no conhecimento das características específicas das regiões com potencial para a produção da cultura, incluindo as condições socioeconômicas, tecnológicas e edafoclimáticas, procurando superar os empecilhos que podem advir dessas condições, com o objetivo de trazer novos genótipos com maior eficiência e rentabilidade. O presente experimento faz parte dos Ensaios de Valor de Cultivo e Uso (VCU) desenvolvido pela Embrapa Arroz e Feijão em diferentes áreas no Brasil, e foi conduzido na Fazenda Experimental Água Limpa, de propriedade da Universidade Federal de Uberlândia, em Uberlândia-MG, em 2015. O delineamento experimental utilizado foi o de blocos casualizados (DBC), sendo 25 tratamentos e três blocos, totalizando 75 parcelas. Os tratamentos compreenderam os genótipos: CNFCMG 11-13; BRS AMETISTA; E09/10-15; E09/10-5; CNFC 10429; VC-27; CNFC 11946; VC-25; E09/10-8; VC-29; VC-24; E09/10-28; MADREPÉROLA; CNFCMG 11-07; VC-28; VC-30; MAJESTOSO; E09/10-27; TALISMÃ; CNFCMG 11-08; E09/10-10; E09/10-7; CNFCMG 11-06; VC-26 e a testemunha PÉROLA. As características avaliadas foram: a produtividade (kg ha -1 ), número de vagens por planta, número de grãos por vagem, massa de 100 grãos (g) e plantas finais. Os resultados encontrados mostraram que Não houve diferenças significativas para produtividade, vagens por planta e nem para grãos por vagem entre os genótipos avaliados.
