Análise de risco de reator empregado na fabricação de Formiato de Sódio: vazamento de gás reacional

Resumo: In this work the HAZOP of the continuous reactor used in the production of Sodium Formate was elaborated, considering a scenario typically found in chemical industrial installations. The focus of the work was on the analysis of leak of rational gas considering the rupture of reactor’s shell. The risks analysis was developed based on a methodology traditionally used in HAZOP. The results obtained in the calculations performed indicate that there would be a tendency to vaporize the reactor contents due to the mentioned deviations.
