Resumo: Taboos about menstruation result in misinformation, prejudice and exclusion. The bodies that menstruate in addition to cis women are also trans men and non-binary people. These taboos also reinforce the idea of menstruation being shameful or even dirty, and this affects the menstrual period of many menstruating bodies. It is also noticed that disposable absorbent packaging almost never reached an audience other than cis women, and all with a distorted and unrealistic discourse about what bodies feel during menstruation. It’s okay to have cramps and feel bad, you don’t have to be free and happy all the time. It was created a visual identity that communicates with all these bodies and brings modernity and awareness. The packaging and the final product were designed to be organic and sustainable to reduce the environmental impact on nature.

Os corpos que menstruam além de mulheres cis, também são homens trans e pessoas não binárias. Esses tabus também reforçam a ideia da menstruação ser vergonhosa ou até suja, e isso afeta o período menstrual de vários corpos que menstruam. Percebe-se também que as embalagens de absorvente descartáveis quase nunca abrangeram um público que não seja o das mulheres cis, e todas com um discurso distorcido e irreal sobre o que os corpos sentem na menstruação. Está tudo bem sentir cólicas e ficar mal, não é preciso ser livre e feliz o tempo todo. Foi criada então, uma identidade visual que comunica com todos esses corpos e traz modernidade e conscientização.
