Resumo: The objective of this paper is to present the Agenda-Setting Project as a teaching method for public policy in undergraduate courses. It consists in involving undergraduate students in policy advocacy activities, challenging them to influence the public opinion and the media, political and institutional agendas on the relevance of a public problem or public policy. The article presents the fundamental concepts of agenda-setting and policy advocacy, and the steps of the methodology: planning, orientation of the field work, and the evaluation method. The results are encouraging in terms of effectiveness in fixing basic public policy concepts and in terms of political engagement of students.Key-Words: Policy advocacy, public policy, agenda-setting.

Este método vem sendo testado desde 2010 em curso de graduação de Administração Pública, e consiste em envolver os alunos em atividades de policy advocacy, ou seja, engajamento na influência da opinião pública e das agendas da mídia, política e governamental de algum problema público ou proposta de intervenção. O artigo apresenta os conceitos fundamentais sobre o tema, o planejamento do método didático, as estratégias de orientação dos trabalhos de campo e o método de avaliação empregado.
