Resumo: This paper aims to analyze the impact of the creation of the Welfare Association of Family Special in the life of its members especially as they comefrom their work as members of this venture. We examine the relationship of work and productive process within this association. It also reviewed the origin of thesocial economy and its major social, economic, and managerial difficulties discussed within this social context. From empirical observations and semi-structuredinterviews, it was noted that the changes occurred mainly in the form attached as they relate to the world, and how they behave in the face of life's difficulties.

Analisamos as relações de trabalho e o processo produtivo dentro destaassociação. Foi também revisto a origem da economia solidária e seus principais aspectos sociais, econômicos, e discutido a promoção da pessoa humanadentro deste contexto social.
