Resumo: This article is based on the existing need for a multidisciplinary approach that involves draining urban rainwater with environmental sanitation and public health. Its main objective is the analysis of drainage systems for the capture of rainwater in Santana do Araguaia in the state of Para and the impacts generated through bibliographic review and application of an electronic questionnaire, where a great dissatisfaction of the population with the paving was found carried out in the municipality, as well as the population's awareness of the risks to which they are included due to the lack of urban drainage.

Su principal objetivo es analizar la ausencia de sistemas de drenaje para la captación de agua de lluvia en Santana do Araguaia en el estado de Pará y los impactos en la salud pública y el medio ambiente, mediante revisión bibliográfica y aplicación de un cuestionario electrónico, donde se encontró una gran insatisfacción de la población con la pavimentación ejecutada en el municipio, así como la conciencia de la población sobre los riesgos a los que se ve sometida por la ausencia de drenaje urbano.Este artigo baseia-se na necessidade existente de uma abordagem multidisciplinar que envolve a drenagem das águas pluviais urbanas com o saneamento ambiental e saúde pública.
