Resumo: As the unemployment rate in Brazil fluctuates, the search for alternative careers becomes a possible result of this issue. Young undergraduates face difficulties in working in the market sector they want, which in turn ends up causing side effects in both his career and health. Thus, it is essential to deep the understanding of the hiring processes of companies and facilitate the connection of young people with organizations that share the same work style. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the main variables influencing the employability of young undergraduate’s alumni. The research comprehended the study of a database of 9753 young people, containing information on work styles, personal values, behavioral profile, logic level, proficiency in foreign languages, and also professional and extracurricular experiences. After the analysis of this database, it was possible to identify the main variables adopted by organizations, as well as their relevance along the stages of the selection process.

After the analysis of this database, it was possible to identify the main variables adopted by organizations, as well as their relevance along the stages of the selection process.A taxa de desemprego no país oscila, tornando a busca de carreiras alternativas como possível solução para o problema da desocupação. O jovem recém-formado, dessa forma, passa a enfrentar dificuldades em trabalhar no setor do mercado que deseja, ocasionando efeitos colaterais em sua carreira e saúde. Assim, a busca por entender os processos de seleção, facilitando a conexão de jovens com organizações que compartilham do mesmo estilo de trabalho, passa a ser essencial. O objetivo desse estudo consiste em avaliar as principais variáveis que influenciam na empregabilidade dos jovens recém-formados. A pesquisa envolveu o estudo de uma base de dados de 9.753 jovens num processo seletivo, contendo dados sobre estilos de trabalho, valores pessoais, perfil comportamental, nível de lógica, proficiência em línguas estrangeiras, experiências profissionais e extracurriculares.
