Resumo: This article seeks to make a critical analysis of the Anti-Crime Bill, proposed by the Brazilian Executive and sent to the Legislative Branch in 2019. The article seeks to explain why this proposal violates the Constitution of 1988, the individual rights and the founding bases of criminal guaranty. If it is approved, this law tends to amplify state violence, especially that directed against the less privileged and against the black population.
