Resumo: There is a wave of persecution in the academic space and the hypothesis of this work is that the attacks against the Public University reflect or strengthen the reactive discourse in society. The general objective is to discuss the attacks against the Public University, the specific objective is to analyze its impacts on the work environment and the development of documents. We opted for the inductive method based on a specific case supported by bibliographic reference for the development of the objectives of the work. The conclusion pointed out that the University has become a significant space or that it affects teaching work, generating commitment and unproductiveness.

O objetivo geral é discutir os ataques contra a Universidade Pública, o objetivo específico é analisar seus impactos no ambiente de trabalho e no adoecimento docente. Optamos pelo método indutivo a partir de um caso concreto com suporte de referencial bibliográfico para o desenvolvimento dos objetivos do trabalho.
