Adolescents in conflict with the law deprived of liberty in a unit in the Federal District: a proposal for intervention in mental health care

Resumo: | Adolescence is characterized as a historical-cultural process, in which human development is influenced by several factors that cross biological, psychic, cultural and social issues. This scientific production had, as its main objective, thinking about the socio-educational space as a zone for recognizing the self and discovering autonomy, through therapeutic encounters. This is an experience report on the process of planning, building and implementing interventions on mental health care with adolescents in conflict with the law, developed at the Recanto das Emas Inpatient Unit (UNIRE). In total, 11 meetings were planned, with the participation of 16 male adolescents who were admitted to the unit. It was observed that the meetings held can be considered a mental health care proposal for adolescents who are in conflict with the law and deprived of liberty in the Federal District. |

Esta producción científica tuvo como principal objetivo pensar el espacio socioeducativo como un espacio para el reconocimiento del yo y el descubrimiento de la autonomía, a través de encuentros terapéuticos. Se trata de un relato de experiencia sobre el proceso de planificación, construcción e implementación de intervenciones de atención a la salud mental con adolescentes en conflicto con la ley, desarrollado en la Unidad de Internación Recanto das Emas (UNIRE). En total, fueron planificados 11 encuentros, con la participación de 16 adolescentes del sexo masculino que ingresaron en la unidad. Se observó que los encuentros realizados pueden ser considerados una propuesta de atención en salud mental para adolescentes en conflicto con la ley y privados de libertad en el Distrito Federal.A adolescência caracteriza-se como um processo histórico-cultural, no qual o desenvolvimento humano é influenciado por vários fatores que atravessam as questões biológicas, psíquicas, culturais e sociais. Esta produção científica teve, como objetivo principal, pensar o espaço socioeducativo enquanto zona de reconhecimento do eu e de descoberta da autonomia, por meio de encontros terapêuticos. Trata-se de um relato de experiência sobre o processo de planejamento, construção e execução de intervenções sobre cuidado em saúde mental com adolescentes em Conflito com a lei, desenvolvido na Unidade de Internação Recanto das Emas (UNIRE). Ao total foram planejados 11 encontros, tendo a participação de 16 adolescentes do gênero masculino que estavam admitidos na unidade.
