Problematization methodology in health education on nutrition and immunity

Resumo: | The teaching methodology based on problematization consists of listing problem-situations so that students can autonomously seek possible resolutions, with the main objective of training more critical professionals with a profile to change reality. Therefore, the present study aimed to report the experience of using the problematization methodology with the Arch of Maguerez, in health education on healthy eating and immunity in the nursing course. In view of the realization of the educational action, there was, at first, the preparation of students based on scientific knowledge so that there was an exchange of knowledge with the community. Carrying out the educational action provided the opportunity for future nurses to work with people in waiting rooms. Therefore, this activity was important to add knowledge and, in addition, to contribute to the planning and execution capacity with regard to the educational action. |

Por lo tanto, el presente estudio tuvo como objetivo relatar la experiencia del uso de la metodología de problematización con el Arco de Maguerez, en la educación en salud sobre alimentación saludable e inmunidad en el curso de enfermería. De cara a la realización de la acción educativa, se planteó, en un primer momento, la preparación de los estudiantes a partir de conocimientos científicos para que existiera un intercambio de saberes con la comunidad. La realización de la acción educativa brindó la oportunidad a los futuros enfermeros de trabajar con las personas en las salas de espera. Por tanto, esta actividad fue importante para sumar conocimientos y, además, contribuir a la capacidad de planificación y ejecución respecto de la acción educativa.A metodologia de ensino, baseada na problematização, consiste em elencar situações-problema para que os alunos busquem, de forma autônoma, possíveis resoluções, tendo como principal objetivo a formação de profissionais mais críticos e com perfil para mudar a realidade. Sendo assim, o presente estudo teve como objetivo relatar a experiência do uso da metodologia da problematização com o Arco de Maguerez, na educação em saúde, sobre alimentação saudável e imunidade no curso de enfermagem. Diante da realização da ação educativa, houve, de início, a preparação dos discentes baseando-se no conhecimento científico a fim de que houvesse a troca de saberes com a comunidade. A realização da ação educativa deu a oportunidade para os futuros enfermeiros atuarem junto às pessoas em salas de espera.
