The representation of Agroecology - an analysis on the EMATER-MG website

Resumo: This article aims to analyze the social representations built by the website of the Technical Assistance and Rural Extension Company of Minas Gerais; EMATER-MG on Agroecology actions carried out in the State. Thus, it will weigh the signs that are related to Agroecology and what they represent in rural areas. Five editions of the Social Activity Reportpublished in the period from 2015 to 2019 were analyzed. The contents of the annual agendas in Agroecology, the quantitative of attendances and evolutionary temporal prospecting were analyzed. Images and their meaning references were analyzed and analysis categories were identified. The study showed that Agroecology disseminated by EMATER-MG is transmitted to the public as a synonym of modernity, technology, in order to consolidate the positive representation of agroecology, however its expressiveness has decreased, since the theme is no longer part of the strategic agendas from the company.

Así, sopesará las señales que se relacionan con la Agroecología y lo que representan en las zonas rurales. Se analizaron cinco ediciones del Informe de Actividad Social publicadas en el período de 2015 a 2019. Se analizaron los contenidos de las agendas anuales en Agroecología, la cuantitativa de asistencias y la prospección temporal evolutiva. Se analizaron las imágenes y sus referencias de significados y se identificaron categorías de análisis. El estudio mostró que la Agroecología difundida por EMATER-MG se transmite al público como sinónimo de modernidad, tecnología,con el fin de consolidar la representación positiva de la agroecología, sin embargo, su expresividad ha disminuido, ya queel tema ya no forma parte de las agendas estratégicas.Este artigo, tem por objetivo, analisar as representações sociais construídas pelo site da Empresa de Assistência Técnica e Extensão Rural de Minas Gerais, Emater–MG sobre ações de Agroecologia realizadas no Estado. Assim, sopesará os signos que são relacionados à Agroecologia e ao que eles representam na extensão rural. Foram analisadas 5 edições do Relatório Social de atividades publicados no período de 2015 a 2019. Foram analisados os conteúdos das agendas anuais em Agroecologia, os quantitativos de atendimentos e prospecção temporal evolucionária. Analisou-se imagens e suas referências de significados e identificadas categorias de análises.
