No Brasil s?o poucas as iniciativas que facilitam o contato com o conte?do de programa??o computacional na escola. As novas gera??es possuem grande facilidade para manipular equipamentos tecnol?gicos. Para incentiv?-los, um projeto de extens?o universit?ria foi criado visando a oferecer o primeiro contato com a l?gica de programa??o a alunos da rede p?blica. No projeto, alunos da cidade de Diamantina/MG tiveram contato com ferramentas l?dicas de programa??o em blocos e de cria??o de aplicativos m?veis. O intuito foi apresentar a base estrutural de algoritmos utilizando blocos de encaixe, permitindo que os participantes desenvolvessem o pensamento computacional e expressassem sua criatividade criando aplicativos. O projeto foi aplicado em tr?s escolas e teve como p?blico alvo alunos com faixa et?ria entre 12 e 16 anos de idade. A partir de um estudo de caso com dados coletados por meio de respostas a question?rios, foi poss?vel fazer um levantamento dos impactos desse tipo de conte?do aplicado a estudantes da Educa??o B?sica. Observou-se o desenvolvimento da capacidade de criar aplicativos utilizando ferramentas l?dicas. Ao final, identificou-se o interesse dos participantes a buscarem novas ferramentas de desenvolvimento e a cursarem computa??o no futuro.Submitted by Jos? Programa de P?s-Gradua??o em Educa??o, Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, 2019.The teaching of programming logic in schools of Basic Education is consolidated in some countries in which public policies that encourage the inclusion of this content in the school environment are common. In Brazil there are few initiatives that facilitate the contact with the computer programming content in the school. The new generations are very easy to handle technological equipment. To encourage them, a university extension project was created to offer the first contact with the programming logic to public school students. n the project, students from the city of Diamantina / MG had contact with playful block programming and Mobile app creation. The aim was to present the structural basis of algorithms using docking blocks, allowing participants to develop computational thinking and express their creativity by creating applications. The project was applied in three schools and was aimed at students aged between 12 and 16 years old. From a case study with data collected through answers to questionnaires, it was possible to survey the impacts of this type of content applied to students of Basic Education. We observed the development of the ability to create applications using playful tools.
