Logo, é oportuno analisar quais são as limitações impostas, qual a legislação que se aplica, o teor dos pareceres emitidos pela Advocacia Geral da União sobre o assunto nos últimos anos e os motivos que levaram o Estado brasileiro a determinar tais restrições.The Brazilian law imposes limitations on the acquisition of properties by foreigners, once when they acquire property in the homeland, must follow a different procedure and certain restrictions about the location and the extension of the property.
