Resumo: Fertilization is one of the main factors that affect the development, productivity and finishing quality of agricultural crops. The studies on crop yields and extraction and accumulation of minerals on function the type of fertilization and or fertilizer dose are important for subsidize strategies of fertilization of the crops ensuring good yields, and maximum efficiency in the use of fertilizers. In addition, knowledge of the amount of nutrients extracted and accumulated in the cultures shows its nutritional potential to man. For the culture of radish (Raphanus sativus L.) there is a gap of studies analyzing the effects of fertilization on nutritional value and productive performance. Therefore, two experiments were made to assess the production, accumulation of minerals and content vitamin C in radishes grown with different fertilization types and fertilizer doses. In the first experiment, plant radishes were grown in a greenhouse in a Random Block Design with four repetitions. The experimental unit was a vase with three plants. Treatments consisted of mineral fertilizer, organic fertilizer (four doses) and organomineral fertilizer (in three proportions) totaling eight treatments. Were evaluated root production (g/plant) and total vitamin C content (mg 100g-1). In this study, organomineral fertilizer showed the highest yield, while the radishes with organic manure had higher levels of vitamin C, corroborating other studies found in the literature. Increasing doses of organic fertilizers has led to increased production of radish until the estimated dose of 101 g / plant, but reduced the quantity of vitamin C in the order of 28%. The organomineral fertilization showed the best balance between the production and nutritional value (vitamin C). In the second experiment, the radishes were grown in 10 treatments with five doses of mineral fertilizer (NPK) and five doses of organic manure (compost + potassium sulphate). Were evaluated the production of fresh mass root, dry mass root and dry mass of aerial part and extraction and accumulation of minerals (N, K, P, Ca, Mg, S, Zn, Cu, Fe e Mn) in function of the doses of fertilizers for each type of the fertilization. Moreover, was calculated relative dry mass of root. The doses of mineral and organic fertilizer had a positive effect on all production variables analyzed, on the other hand, reduced relative dry mass of root. The N, P and K in the plant tissue increased with the increase in fertilization. Concentrations of Ca, Mg and Cu decreased in mineral fertilization. The mineral fertilizer resulted in good production from expected. Have organic fertilization showed yields lower than mineral fertilization. Independent of fertilization and dose, the order of nutrient uptake were K > N > Ca > P > S > Mg and Fe > Mn > Zn > Cu. From the experiments, it is concluded that the type and doses of fertilizer affects the production, extraction and accumulation of minerals and vitamin C content of the radish.

From the experiments, it is concluded that the type and doses of fertilizer affects the production, extraction and accumulation of minerals and vitamin C content of the radish.
