Resumo: | Three experiments were carried out with 224 barrows of high genetic potential for lean deposition, of 95 to 125 kg, to evaluate the levels of digestible lysine, threonine and methionine + cystine, related to performance and carcass characteristics. Animals were distributed in a blocks randomized design, eight repetitions with two animals in each experimental unit. Experimental rations and water were offered ad libitum in all trials during the entire experiment. In experiment I, 80 barrows were used with initial and final weight of 95.55 ± 1.04 and 125.06 ± 2.90kg respectively, and with treatments corresponding of five digestible lysine levels: 0.54; 0.642; 0.744; 0.846 e 0.948%. No effects of digestible lysine levels were observed on animals daily feed intake (DFI). Quadratic effect was observed in digestible lysine levels on average daily gain (ADG), which increased up to the estimated digestible lysine level of 0.803%, and also improve the feed conversion (FC) up to the estimated level of 0.817%. Effects of treatments on daily lysine intake (DLI) was observed, which increased linearly. Treatments had no effect on animals carcass weight (CW). Digestible lysine levels influenced the lean gain (LG) and the daily lean deposition (DLD) linearly, and influenced the back fat thickness (BFT) in P2, decreasing it linearly. Although the DLD increased linearly, the Linear Response Plateau LRP, was the best which adjusted with data, and was estimated in 0.803% of digestible lysine level, were the plateau started. In experiment II, 80 barrows were used with initial and final weight of 95.87 ± 1.26 and 125.26 ± 2.59kg respectively, and with treatments corresponding of five digestible threonine levels (0.470; 0.497; 0.528; 0.557; 0.587%, with digestible threonine: digestible lysine relation, corresponding to 58.0; 61.0; 65.0; 69.0 and 73.0%, respectively). No effect was observed of digestible threonine levels in DFI and ADG. Quadratic effect was observed on threonine levels in FC, which improved until the estimated level of 0.526%. The treatments influenced daily threonine intake DTI, which increased in a linear way. Levels of threonine didn t influenced CW, LG, BFT in P2 and the DLD. In experiment III, 64 barrows were used with initial and final weight of 95.46 ± 1.09 and 125.21 ± 2.49kg respectively, and four treatments corresponding of four methionine + cystine digestible levels (0.427; 0.466; 0.504 e 0.545%, corresponding to digestible methionine + cystine : digestible lysine ratio of 57.0; 62.0; 67.0 and 73.0%, respectively). No effect was observed between digestible methionine + cystine levels and DFI, ADG and FC.Effects of treatments on daily methionine + cystine intake DMC was observed, which increased linearly. Os animais foram distribuídos em delineamento experimental de blocos ao acaso, com oito repetições e dois animais por baia representando a unidade experimental. As rações experimentais e a água foram fornecidas à vontade até o final do período experimental em todos os ensaios. No experimento 1, foram utilizados 80 suínos com peso inicial e final de 95,55 ± 1,04 e 125,06 ± 2,90 kg, respectivamente, distribuídos nos tratamentos, representados por cinco níveis de lisina digestível: 0,540; 0,642; 0,744; 0,846 e 0,948%. Não se observou efeito dos níveis de lisina digestível sobre o consumo diário de ração (CDR) dos animais. Observou-se efeito quadrático dos níveis de lisina digestível sobre o ganho de peso diário (GPD), que aumentou até o nível estimado de 0,803% de lisina digestível na ração, e sobre a conversão alimentar (CA), que melhorou até o nível estimado de 0,817% de lisina digestível. Houve efeito dos níveis dietéticos de lisina sobre o consumo diário de lisina (CDL), que aumentou de forma linear. Os níveis de lisina digestível da ração não influenciaram o peso de carcaça dos animais (PC), mas afetaram, de forma linear crescente, a quantidade de carne (QC) e a deposição diária de carne (DDC) e, de forma linear decrescente, a espessura de toucinho no ponto P2 (ETP2). Embora a DDC tenha variado de forma linear, o modelo Linear Response Plateau LRP foi o que melhor se ajustou aos dados e estimou em 0,803% o nível de lisina digestível a partir do qual ocorreu o platô. No experimento 2, foram utilizados 80 suínos machos castrados com peso inicial e final de 95,87 ± 1,26 e 125,26 ± 2,59 kg, respectivamente, alimentados com rações com cinco níveis de treonina digestível (0,470; 0,497; 0,528; 0,557; e 0,587%), correspondentes às relações treonina digestível : lisina digestível de 58,0; 61,0; 65,0; 69,0 e 73,0%, respectivamente. Os níveis de treonina digestível não tiveram efeito sobre o CDR e GPD dos animais, mas tiveram efeito quadrático sobre a CA, que melhorou até o nível estimado de 0,526% de treonina digestível. Houve efeito linear dos níveis de treonina na ração sobre o consumo diário de treonina digestível (CDT), que aumentou de forma linear conforme aumentaram os níveis desse aminoácido na ração. Os níveis de treonina digestível não influenciaram o PC, a QC, a ETP2 e a DDC. No experimento 3, foram utilizados 64 suínos com peso inicial e final de 95,46 ± 1,09 e 125,21 ± 2,49 kg, respectivamente, alimentados com rações contendo quatro níveis de metionina+cistina digestíveis (0,427; 0,466; 0,504 e 0,545%, correspondentes a relações metionina+cistina:lisina digestíveis de 57,0; 62,0; 67,0 e 73,0%, respectivamente). Não se observou efeito dos níveis de metionina+cistina digestíveis sobre o CDR, o GPD e a CA dos animais. Houve efeito dos níveis de aminoácidos da ração sobre o consumo diário de metionina+cistina digestível (CDMC), que aumentou de forma linear. Os níveis de metionina+cistina digestíveis nas rações não influenciaram o PC, a QC, a ETP2 e a DDC. O nível de lisina digestível de 0,803%, correspondente a um consumo de lisina digestível de 24,60 g/dia, proporciona os melhores resultados de GPD e DDC, enquanto o nível de 0,817%, correspondente a um consumo de lisina digestível de 25,03 g/dia, proporciona o melhor resultado de CA e o nível de 0,948%, correspondente a um consumo de lisina digestível de 29,09 g/dia, proporciona os melhores resultados de QC e ETP2. O nível de 0,526% de treonina digestível, correspondente a uma relação com a lisina digestível de 65% e a um consumo de 18,49 g/dia de treonina digestível, proporciona o melhor resultado de CA.
