Resumo: Since 2019, the world has experienced uncertainty in all social fields, following the announcement by the World Health Organization (WHO) of a strain of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, identified in the city of Wuhan, province of Hubei, China. Since then, covid-19 has occupied the agenda of debates of government leaders, scientists, universities and world organizations, specifically on the impacts of the pandemic on the preservation of life, economy and jobs in a scenario of recomposition of the growth rates of countries, high oil prices, migrations and discussions on climate, environment and clean energy.

Desde entonces, covid-19 ha ocupado la agenda de debates de gobernantes, científicos, universidades y organizaciones mundiales, específicamente sobre los impactos de la pandemia en la preservación de la vida, la economía y el empleo en un escenario de recomposición de las tasas de crecimiento de los países, altos precios del petróleo, migraciones y discusiones sobre el clima, el medio ambiente y las energías limpias.O mundo vive desde o ano de 2019 incertezas em todos os campos sociais, a partir do anúncio feito pela Organização Mundial de Saúde (OMS) de uma cepa do coronavírus SARS-CoV-2, identificada na cidade de Wuhan, província de Hubei, China.
