Parfor and training of basic education teachers: obstacles and potentialities

Resumo: As a proposal of teacher formation policy through collaboration between the Union and federal entities, the National Training Plan of Basic Education Teachers (Parfor) has been in existence for a decade. But its continuity was obstructed by the Decree nº 8.752/2016, with its courses still ongoing and research focused on it still being undertaken. The documents analyzed here - doctoral theses and the scientific report of a research group - point to a wealth of data, at times contradictory, which forces one to think out dialectically the reality of the courses offered within the scope of Parfor, while considering their negative aspects and their potentialities.

Pero no dará continuación por orden de lo reciente decreto nº 8.752/2016, aún que sus cursos siguen existiendo y hayan investigaciones acerca de ello. Los documentos aquí en análisis ”“ tesis de doctorado y uno relato científico de un grupo de investigación ”“ apuntan una riqueza de informaciones, a veces contradictorias, que nos llevan a pensar dialécticamente la realidad de los cursos del Parfor, en vista de sus aspectos negativos, pero también sus potenciales.Enquanto política de formação docente a ser executada sob o regime de colaboração entre a União e entes federados, o Plano Nacional de Formação de Professores da Educação Básica (Parfor) completou uma década. Mas sua continuidade foi tolhida pelo decreto nº 8.752/2016, enquanto seus cursos ainda estão vigentes e pesquisas sobre ele são realizadas.
