Célestin Freinet’s pedagogy in pandemic times

Resumo: This paper, written in the form of an essay, seeks to discuss the following question: is there a possibility of a possible plot between praxis, Freinet, pandemic and the virtual world under current conditions? With the dual objective of recovering Célestin Freinet’s educational itinerary and questioning the remote educational model assumed as a result of the social distance caused by the covid-19 pandemic, it is argued that school education cannot be tied to a logic that privileges its contents despising the relationship with life. When resuming Freinet’s pedagogy to understand the current context, it is expected, with him, also to face its negative contingencies.

Con el doble objetivo de recuperar el itinerario educativo de Célestin Freinet y cuestionar el modelo educativo a distancia asumido a raíz de la distancia social provocada por la pandemia del covid-19, se argumenta que la educación escolar no puede estar atada a una lógica que privilegie sus contenidos despreciando la relación con la vida. Al retomar la pedagogía de Freinet para comprender el contexto actual, se espera, con él, afrontar también sus contingencias negativas.Este ensaio busca discutir a seguinte questão: há possibilidade de uma trama possível entre práxis, Freinet, pandemia e mundo virtual nas condições atuais? Com o objetivo duplo de recuperar o itinerário educativo de Célestin Freinet e de questionar o modelo educativo remoto assumido em decorrência do distanciamento social ocasionado pela pandemia da covid-19, argumenta-se que a educação escolar não pode ficar presa a uma lógica que privilegia seus conteúdos desprezando a relação com a vida.
