Resumo: This article composes the results of research on the Hip Hop Movement, from its political aesthetic the Rap, in the city of Foz do Iguaçu - Brazil, which borders the cities of Puerto Iguazú - Argentina and Ciudad Del Este - Paraguay. Inserted in the tri-national context, from the field experience in exploratory-analytical social research (GIL, 2008), the present article aims at a conception of the Border Rap, with the objective of answering how it is constituted and takes shape in the city of Foz do Iguaçu - PR at its borders? Therefore, in an analysis of field experience, it is understood that the narratives in the Border Rap translate dynamized perceptions of social, cultural, and economic conditions that are at the margins of political debates and discussions, where linguistic and cultural signs in border transits are re-signified, questioning the conditions of subalternization, marginalization, and oppression of urban, peasant, and indigenous life.
