Resumo: This research intends to address Brenda Lee's historiography, as well as its representativeness and social relevance for trans women, among them transvestites, transsexuals among others, since the State is inefficient in support and public policies for this group frequently marginalized. Therefore, by identifying the problems of marginality and the HIV epidemic that have plagued countless people, the significance of Brenda Lee's protection for vulnerable trans women will be discussed. The methodology used will be qualitative and quantitative, with deductive analysis being used, using the bibliographic review and data collection instrument, laws, articles, doctrines, interview research and reports of the period to carry out an in-depth investigation of historical events. Luego, identificando el tema de la marginalidad y la epidemia del VIH, se reflejará en la importancia del apoyo de Brenda Lee a las mujeres trans vulnerables. La metodología utilizada será cuali-cuantitativa, utilizando análisis deductivo, utilizando un instrumento de revisión de literatura y recolección de datos para la selección de la bibliografía y profundizado con una perspectiva contextual histórica, destacando la ineficacia del Estado en la atención a las mujeres trans vulnerables, transfiriendo su responsabilidad de protección. y protección a las casas de apoyo.Pretendemos, com essa pesquisa de cunho ensaístico e de opção decolonial, abordar a história de Brenda Lee, bem como sua representatividade e relevância social para as mulheres trans, dentre elas travestis, transexuais entre outros. Ela é um marco para a causa trans, uma vez que o Estado é ineficiente em amparo e políticas públicas para esse grupo frequentemente marginalizado. Logo, identificando a problemática da marginalidade e a epidemia de HIV, será refletido sobre a significância do amparo da Brenda Lee às mulheres trans vulneráveis.
