Resumo: The purpose of this essay is to highlight the profound impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and homeschooling, in protecting millions of girls and boys from violence and in learning. The research is based on articles, laws, books, being bibliographical. Data collected by UNICEF (United Nations Children's Fund), indicate that about 1.4 million children and adolescents aged between 6 and 17 years are out of school, and more than 5.5 million Brazilians with the same age group did not have school activities in 2020 due to the pandemic. At the same time, there is the dissemination of a project and ideas that propagate the defense of home education, where parents and guardians assume the role of teachers and the school itself, a dismantling of the Brazilian State and the protection of the most vulnerable subjects of rights.

El propósito de este ensayo es resaltar los profundos impactos de la pandemia de COVID-19 y la educación en el hogar, en la protección de millones de niñas y niños de la violencia y en el aprendizaje. La investigación se basa en artículos, leyes, libros, siendo bibliográficos. Datos recopilados por UNICEF (Fondo de las Naciones Unidas para la Infancia), indican que cerca de 1,4 millones de niños y adolescentes de entre 6 y 17 años no asisten a la escuela, y más de 5,5 millones de brasileños con el mismo grupo de edad no tuvieron actividades escolares en 2020 debido a la pandemia Al mismo tiempo, está la difusión de un proyecto e ideas que propagan la defensa de la educación en el hogar, donde los padres y tutores asumen el papel de profesores y la escuela misma, un desmantelamiento del Estado brasileño y la protección de los sujetos más vulnerables. de derechos. O objetivo deste ensaio é evidenciar os impactos profundos da pandemia de COVID-19 e o homeschooling, na proteção contra a violência de milhões de meninas e meninos e na aprendizagem. A pesquisa se baseia em artigos, legislações, livros, sendo bibliográfica. Dados coletados pela UNICEF (Fundo das Nações Unidas pela Infância), apontam que cerca de 1,4 milhão de crianças e adolescentes com idade entre 6 e 17 anos estão fora da escola, e outros mais de 5,5 milhões de brasileiros com a mesma faixa etária não tiveram atividades escolares em 2020 por conta da pandemia. Paralelamente, ocorre a difusão de um projeto e ideias que propagam a defesa de uma educação domiciliar, onde genitores e responsáveis assumem o papel de professores e da própria escola, um desmantelamento do Estado brasileiro e da proteção dos sujeitos de direitos mais vulneráveis.
