The projective and the manifesting: policies for the adolescence and the youth at crossroads

Resumo: By the means of a cartographic research alongside an artistic collective of black and peripherical youth, created during the enforcement of social-educational measures in open environment, we sought to analyse what was demanded from the adolescentes in the accomplishment of the measures and in the execution of a cultural project. By following the youthful activities, we have identified intensive experiences that overflow the “projective” and make place to what they have denominated “manifesting”. The projective logic, supported by the life plan, was analysed in a critical view to the notion of development and in a dialogue with the decolonial epistemologies. “Exu”, as crossroads, brings us clues to dethrone this logics and to state the manifesting creation in face of the emptiness produced by violence.

A través de una investigación cartográfica realizada con un colectivo artístico de jóvenes negros y periféricos, formado durante el cumplimiento de medidas socioeducativas en medio abierto, buscamos caracterizar y analizar lo que se exigió a los adolescentes en el cumplimiento de la medida y en la ejecución de un proyecto cultural. Al acompañar los haberes de los jóvenes, pudimos identificar experiencias intensivas que desbordan lo “proyectivo”, dando paso a lo que denominaron “demonstrador”. La lógica proyectiva, sustentada en la noción de proyecto de vida, fue analizada en diálogo con la perspectiva crítica de la noción de desarrollo y las epistemologías decoloniales. Exu, como encrucijada, nos trae pistas para destronar tal lógica y afirmar la creación demostrativa frente a los vacíos que producidos por la violencia. Por meio de uma pesquisa cartográfica realizada junto a um coletivo artístico da juventude negra e periférica, formado durante o cumprimento de medidas socioeducativas em meio aberto, buscamos caracterizar e analisar o que era demandado dos adolescentes no cumprimento da medida e na execução de um projeto cultural. Ao acompanharmos os fazeres juvenis pudemos identificar experiências intensivas que transbordam o “projetivo”, dando lugar ao que eles denominaram de “manifestante”. A lógica projetiva, sustentada pela noção de projeto de vida, foi analisada em diálogo com a perspectiva crítica à noção de desenvolvimento e epistemologias decoloniais. Exu, como encruzilhada, nos traz pistas para destronar tais lógicas e afirmar a criação manifestante frente aos vazios produzidos pelas violências.
