Adolescent delinquent: recurrence and victimization for homicide

Resumo: The practice of the violation and the consequences imposed on its author is one of the most debated issues in Brazil, today. Everyone has an opinion on the subject, with convincing arguments based on common sense for any thesis that it is intended to defend the need to deepen the understanding of what actually determine certain deviant behavior and the legal implications the authors has been the subject of several studies which invariably point default behavior arising from common factor that most young offender are submitted. The relationship between an offense, reiteration and victimization by homicide teens considering themselves to applying educational measures was the object on this study. The research model used was based on the verification and confrontation of quantitative and qualitative data conducting interviews with professionals and adolescent abiding educational measures. The results of this study indicate that the dynamics of care to the adolescent offender deployed in metropolitan Belem remains unsuccessful with respects to its main objective, namely: the rehabilitation and victimization for murder of these teens  present -if  a result natural infractions of their practices.

Todos tienen una opinión sobre el tema, con argumentos convincentes basados en el sentido común para cualquier tesis que se pretenda defender. La necesidad de profundizar la comprensión de lo que realmente determina ciertos comportamientos desviados y las implicaciones legales para sus autores ha sido objeto de varios estudios que apuntan invariablemente al comportamiento estándar, derivado de factores comunes, a los que están sometidos la mayoría de los delincuentes adolescentes. El objeto de este estudio fue la relación entre delito, reiteración y victimización por homicidio de adolescentes, considerando la aplicación de medidas socioeducativas. El modelo de investigación utilizado se basó en una encuesta teórica, verificación y confrontación de datos cuantitativos obtenidos en la División de Asistencia a Niños y Adolescentes y datos cualitativos a través de entrevistas con profesionales y adolescentes que cumplen con las medidas socioeducativas. Los resultados de este estudio indican que la dinámica de asistencia al adolescente infractor, implantado en la Región Metropolitana de Belém, no tiene éxito con respecto a su objetivo principal, a saber: la resocialización. Este hallazgo lleva a la conclusión de que la victimización por homicidio de estos adolescentes es un resultado natural de sus prácticas de infracción.A prática do ato infracional e as consequências impostas ao seu autor é um dos assuntos mais debatidos no Brasil atualmente. Todos possuem uma opinião a respeito do assunto, com argumentos convincentes baseados no senso comum para qualquer tese que se pretenda defender. A necessidade de aprofundar o entendimento sobre o que realmente determina certos comportamentos desviantes e as implicações legais a seus autores tem sido objeto de várias pesquisas apontando invariavelmente um comportamento padrão, advindos de fatores comuns, a que a maioria dos adolescentes infratores está submetida. O objetivo deste estudo foi  analisar a relação entre ato infracional, reiteração e vitimização por homicídio de adolescentes, considerando-se a aplicação de medidas socioeducativas. O modelo de pesquisa utilizado baseou-se em um levantamento teórico, na verificação e confrontação de dados quantitativos obtidos na Divisão de Atendimento a Criança e ao Adolescente e dados qualitativos por meio da realização de entrevistas com profissionais e adolescentes cumpridores de medidas socioeducativas. Os resultados desse estudo indicam que a dinâmica de atendimento ao adolescente infrator, implantada na Região Metropolitana de Belém, está fracassada no que concerne a seu objetivo principal, qual seja: a ressocialização.
