Soteropolitan children and the right to capoeira

Resumo: Questioning the right to culture and leisure, starting from the meaning of the circle and fun for children from Salvador who practice capoeira, is the purpose of this article. To do so, we analyzed the content of the records of forty-seven children practicing capoeira in Salvador through the question: what is capoeira for you? We selected three records whose content is directed to the right to learning and playfulness in capoeira. We then conclude that playfulness, leisure time, soaked in culture, brings childhood and capoeira close together. An aparent distancing is justified by the persecution and criminalization of capoeira. After resisiting and being re-signified, we see that they are in the same circle, in a relashioship of camaraderie, of vagrancy, affirming the rightful place of children in capoeira.

Cuestionar el derecho a la cultura y al ocio, a partir del significado de la rueda y la diversión para los niños salvadoreños practicantes de capoeira, ele l objetivo de este artículo. Para ello, analizamos el contenido de los registros de cuarenta u siete niños practicantes de capoeira em Salvador a través de la pregunta: ¿qué es la capoeira para ti? Seleccionamos registros cuyo contenido está dirigido al derecho al aprendizaje ya la ludicidad de la capoeira. Entonces concluimos que el juego, el tiempo libre, empapado de cultura, acerca la infancia y la capoeira. Un aparente distanciamiento se justifica por la persecución y criminalización de la capoeira. Después de resistir y resignificarse, vemos que están en el mismo círculo, en una relación de camaradería, de vagancia, afirmando el lugar que les corresponde a los niños en la capoeira. Problematizar o direito à cultura e ao lazer, partindo do sentido da roda e da diversão para crianças soteropolitanas, praticantes de capoeira, é o objetivo deste artigo. Para tanto, analisamos o conteúdo do registro de quarenta e sete crianças praticantes de capoeira em Salvador através da pergunta: o que é a capoeira para você? Selecionamos registros cujo conteúdo está direcionado ao direito à aprendizagem e à ludicidade da capoeira. Concluímos então que a ludicidade, o tempo de lazer, embebido de cultura, aproxima infância e capoeira. Um aparente distanciamento justifica-se pela perseguição e criminalização da capoeira. Após resistir e ser ressignificada, vemos que eles estão numa mesma roda, numa relação de camaradagem, de vadiagem, afirmando o lugar de direito das crianças à capoeira.
