Resumo: | This article aims to recognize the experiences of young Afro-descendants and indigenous people from the city of Cali (Colombia) linked to “Instituciones de Protección del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar”, an entity for the social protection of minors and the family. Through its narratives we will show their identity processes, understood from their abandonment experiences. For this reason, in this text we identify some of the narratives and life experiences that young people share about their process in that institution based on writing, story telling and their biography, which was an exercise that allowed them to be situated at themselves from an ethical-political position with the purpose of a memory recovering and the enforcement of their rights. |

Este artículo tiene como objetivo reconocer las experiencias de jóvenes afrodescendientes e indígenas de la ciudad de Cali (Colombia) vinculados a Instituciones de Protección del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar, entidad de protección social del menor y de la familia. A través de sus narrativas mostraremos sus procesos de identidad comprendidos a partir de sus vivencias de abandono. Por ello, en este texto identificamos algunas de las narrativas y experiencias de vida que las y los jóvenes comparten sobre su proceso en dicha institución a partir de la escritura, el relato y su biografía, lo cual fue un ejercicio que les permitió situarse desde una postura ético-política con miras a pensar en una reparación de su memoria y un ejercicio de sus derechos. Este artigo visa reconhecer as experiências de jovens afrodescendentes e indígenas da cidade de Cali (Colômbia) vinculados às Instituições de Proteção do Instituto Colombiano de Bem-Estar Familiar, entidade de proteção social de menores e da família. Através de suas narrativas mostraremos seus processos identitários compreendidos a partir de suas experiências de abandono. Por isso, neste texto identificamos algumas das narrativas e experiências de vida que os jovens partilham sobre o seu processo na referida instituição a partir da escrita, da história e da sua biografia, exercício que lhes permitiu situar-se desde um ponto de vista ético-político para o fim de pensar na reparação de sua memória e no exercício de seus direitos.
