Resumo: | The objective of this article is to highlight the framing techniques by which cases of rape and sexual assault are registered in the Women’s Defense Bureau in Campinas, between the years of 2004 and 2005. Taking into account the legal “schema” that guides the production of police reports, I try to give emphasis to the grammar and narrative that are put into use by this corporation during the act of makingthese documents. That is, its function of reporting a crime. I consider the scene taking place in the front part of this corporation, and try to highlight the dilemmas these professionals face regarding the service provided: the speed required for the work performed in contrast to the listening practices idealized in this type of specialized police station. |

Esse artigo tem por objetivo colocar em evidência as técnicas de enquadramento por meio das quais os casos de estupro e atento violento ao pudor são registrados na Delegacia de Defesa da Mulher (DDM) de Campinas, entre os anos de 2004 e 2005. Levando em consideração o “diagrama” legal que norteia a produção dos boletins de ocorrência ”“ a de noticiar um crime ”“ busco dar atenção à s inflexões narrativas que são postas em prática por essa corporação durante o ato de feitura desses documentos. Tomando como cenário a parte da frente dessa corporação, intento colocar em evidência os dilemas de atendimento colocados a essas profissionais: a celeridade exigida ao trabalho realizado em contraposição à s práticas de escuta idealizadas a esse tipo de delegacia especializada.
