Resumo: Ecosystemic Linguistics is an area of ”‹”‹Ecolinguistics that emphasizes the study of ecosystems and the interactions that occur within it. Ecosystem can be defined as a population of organisms and the various interactions between 'organism-organism' and 'organism-habitat'. Thus, the ecosystem is the larger framework where the different 'environments' are located and where the various 'interrelationships' occur. Hence, the importance of communicative interactions and of the context inside which they occur. Also important communion and the interactional rules (which comprises systemic rules). The article also contains sections on the ecology of language acquisition and multilingualism as well as some reflections on methodology and its application in a case study. Finally we have the final considerations.

Finally we have the final considerations.Na Linguística Ecossistêmica, ramo da Ecolinguística que enfatiza o estudo dos ecossistemas e das interações que ocorrem dentro dele, o ecossistema pode ser definido como um composto de população de organismos e das diversas interações ‘organismo-organismo’ e ‘organismo-habitat’. Ele é o conjunto maior onde estão localizados os diferentes ‘meio ambientes’ e onde ocorrem as várias ‘inter-relações’. Destaca-se a importância das interações comunicativas e seu estudo de acordo com a abordagem ecolinguística, que envolve justamente essas interações, juntamente com a comunhão e as regras interacionais (que inclui as regras sistêmicas. Para conduzir o presente estudo de maneira mais objetiva, serão apresentados os subsídios teóricos da ecologia da aquisição e do multilinguismo, uma proposta de metodologia para a EIC e a aplicação desta num estudo de caso.
