Resumo: | The present work is the result of a research qualitative-quantitative that seeks to analyze the obstacles in the academic formation of mothers at the Regional University of Cariri (URCA), observing the factors of access, permanence and performance in higher education. To do so, we used the bibliographic, documentary and field research with the use of semi-structured questionnaires. In total out 102 responses collected from may to june 2019 and, through analysis and discussion, it was found that most how students face several had difficulties to access, remaining and performing well in the undergraduate courses of this institution. Because of these aspects, it is possible to verify the need for public policies that contribute to the equity between women who are mothers and other students in the educational space, that are created and deployed strategies that aim to assure the full access access to women in higher education, as well as ensuring their permanence and quality in academic performance, such as student care scholarships, university day care and / or application school. In this sense, the relevance of this study is not only to show the dimensions of the difficulties faced by women who are mothers, but primarily to contribute to the creation and implementation of student care policies aimed at combating the exclusion of women in the academic space. |

UnB - Law Journal of the University of Brasília; Vol. 4 No. 1 (2020): Janeiro - Abril; 41-79Direito.UnB - Revista de Derecho de la Universidad de Brasília; Vol. 4 Núm. 1 (2020): Janeiro - Abril; 41-79Direito.UnB - Revue de Droit de l'Université de Brasília; Vol. 4 No. 1 (2020): Janeiro - Abril; 41-79Direito.UnB - Revista de Direito da Universidade de Brasília; v. 4 n. 1 (2020): Janeiro - Abril; 41-792357-8009reponame:Direito.Unb (Online)instname:Universidade de Brasília (UnB)instacron:UNBporhttps://periodicos.unb.br/index.php/revistadedireitounb/article/view/28322/25980Copyright (c) 2020 Direito.UnB - Revista de Direito da Universidade de Brasíliahttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessNunes, CiceraNascimento Silva, Lívia Maria 2023-11-09T02:19:25Zoai:ojs.pkp.sfu.ca:article/28322Revistahttps://periodicos.unb.br/index.php/revistadedireitounb/PUBhttps://periodicos.unb.br/index.php/revistadedireitounb/oairevistafdunb@gmail.com || periodicos.bce@unb.br2357-80092318-9908opendoar:2023-11-09T02:19:25Direito.Unb (Online) - Universidade de Brasília (UnB)false |
