Tourism, Air Transport and Hospitality: : Covid-19 Pandemic Approaches, Distancing and Covid-19 Pandemic Facing

Resumo: | Dialogue with the precepts of Tourism, Air Transport and Hospitality, perceiving them as inseparable to the tourist practice. In this way, he observed how a group of air transport users and employees perceive hospitality in this sector. The methodology used was qualitative, guided by forms to a group of clients and employees and semi-structured interview to an employer in the air sector. In addition, a parallel was made with the current scenario of the global pandemic of Covid-19, in order to perceive possible new configurations related to hospitality. To this end, it was analyzed, from the official website of the airline LATAM, how it has adapted to the changes, as well as the respective customer evaluations on the company’s protocols, reported on the Tripadvisor platform. As main results, it was observed that hospitality, tourism and air transport have approximations and distances and that these are perceived and influence the decision-making of consumers. |

Dialoga con los preceptos del Turismo, de los Transportes Aéreos y de la Hospitalidad, percibiéndolos como indisociables para la práctica turística. De esta forma, observó cómo un grupo de usuarios y de empleados del transporte aéreo perciben la hospitalidad en ese sector. La metodología utilizada fue la cualitativa, guiándose por formularios a un grupo de clientes y de empleados y de entrevista semiestructurada a un empleador del sector aerovial. Además, se hizo un paralelo con el escenario actual de la pandemia mundial de Covid-19, con el fin de percibir posibles nuevas configuraciones relacionadas con la hospitalidad. Para ello, se ha analizado, desde el sitio oficial de la aerolínea LATAM, cómo se ha adaptado a los cambios, así como las respectivas opiniones de clientes sobre los protocolos de la compañía, relatados en la plataforma TripAdvisor. Como principales resultados, se observó que la hospitalidad, el turismo y el transporte aéreo tienen aproximaciones y distanciamientos y que éstos son percibidos e influyen en la toma de decisiones de los consumidores.Dialoga com os preceitos do Turismo, dos Transportes Aéreos e da Hospitalidade, percebendo-os como indissociáveis para a prática turística. Desta forma, observou como um grupo de usuários e de funcionários do transporte aéreo percebem a hospitalidade nesse setor. A metodologia utilizada foi a qualitativa, norteando-se por formulários a um grupo de clientes e de funcionários e de entrevista semiestruturada a um empregador do setor aeroviário. Ademais, fez-se um paralelo com o cenário atual de pandemia mundial da Covid-19, com o intuito de perceber possíveis novas configurações relacionadas à hospitalidade. Para tanto, analisou-se, a partir do site oficial da companhia aérea LATAM, como a mesma tem se adaptado às mudanças, bem como as respectivas avaliações de clientes sobre os protocolos da empresa, relatados na plataforma TripAdvisor.
