Impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on dispensing of the medicines by the pharmaceutical assistance of the regional of Pirapora

Resumo: The Covid-19 pandemic has demanded, from the public authorities, the adoption of emergency sanitary measures, aiming to reduce the contagion and preserve the population's health. These measures demand the participation of the entire health system at its different levels (municipal, state and federal), since several regulatory changes affect the dispensing of medicines and the functioning of pharmacies. In this perspective, this article aims to describe the flexibility and adequacy measures adopted by the Coordination of Pharmaceutical Assistance (CAF) of the Regional Health Management of Pirapora, during the pandemic caused by Covid-19, based on the laws of the Ministry of Health, Minas Gerais State Department of Health and the National Health Surveillance Agency (Anvisa). This is a descriptive case study with a qualitative approach and documentary analysis. The results show that the emergency measures adopted subsidized the reorganization of the CAF service processes of the Regional Management of Pirapora, in order to minimize the agglomeration and exposure of users, promote social distance and hygiene measures within pharmacies, contributing to the reduction of the risk of spreading and contagion of the virus that causes Covid-19 among users and servers.

Estas medidas demandan la participación de todo el sistema de salud en sus diferentes niveles (municipal, estatal y federal), ya que varios cambios regulatorios afectan la dispensación de medicamentos y el funcionamiento de las farmacias. En esta perspectiva, este artículo tiene como objetivo describir las medidas de flexibilidad y adecuación adoptadas por la Coordinación de Asistencia Farmacéutica (CAF) de la Gerencia Regional de Salud de Pirapora, durante la pandemia provocada por Covid-19, con base en las leyes del Ministerio de Salud, Departamento de Salud del Estado de Minas Gerais y la Agencia Nacional de Vigilancia Sanitaria (Anvisa). Se trata de un caso de estudio descriptivo con enfoque cualitativo y análisis documental. Los resultados muestran que las medidas de emergencia adoptadas subvencionaron la reorganización de los procesos de atención de CAF de la Dirección Regional de Pirapora, con el fin de minimizar la aglomeración y exposición de los usuarios, promover la distancia social y medidas de higiene dentro de las farmacias, contribuyendo a la reducción el riesgo de propagación y contagio del virus que causa Covid-19 entre usuarios y servidores.A pandemia da Covid-19 tem exigido do poder público a adoção de medidas sanitárias emergenciais, visando diminuir o contágio e preservar a saúde da população. Essas medidas demandam a participação de todo sistema de saúde em seus diferentes níveis (municipal, estadual e federal), uma vez que várias mudanças regulatórias afetam a dispensação de medicamentos e o funcionamento das farmácias. Nessa perspectiva, o presente artigo tem por objetivo descrever as medidas de flexibilização e adequação adotadas pela Coordenação da Assistência Farmacêutica (CAF) da Gerência Regional de Saúde de Pirapora, durante a pandemia causada pela Covid-19, com base nas legislações do Ministério da Saúde, Secretaria de Estado da Saúde de Minas Gerais e da Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária (Anvisa). Trata-se de um estudo de caso, de caráter descritivo com abordagem qualitativa e análise documental.
