Metodologia: estudo de abordagem quali-quantitativo. Foram realizadas entrevistas com 44 alunos de enfermagem e de fisioterapia da Universidade de Brasília (UnB), quando esses responderam a 3 questionários sobre estado nutricional e rotina universitária, ansiedade e depressão, e coleta de dados antropométricos. As entrevistas foram realizadas em dois períodos, no início e no final do segundo semestre de 2015. Resultados: Foram identificados 9 estudantes com sobrepeso e 2 com obesidade. A prevalência de ansiedade e depressão foi alta, sendo 36 e 29 ao total, respectivamente, e 25 apresentaram episódios de ansiedade e depressão ao mesmo tempo. 93,75% destes que apresentam alterações no IMC e/ou na RCQ também apresentam algum grau de ansiedade, enquanto 56,25% apresentam algum grau de depressão. O estado nutricional mais comum dentre os participantes foi o “ruim“, tendo progressão negativa ao longo do semestre, bem como a redução do número de refeições completas e da prática de atividade física. No início do semestre, 43 estudantes relataram que a rotina acadêmica interferia em seu estado nutricional e 40 afirmaram que a rotina acadêmica os tornavam ansiosos e/ou deprimidos, já ao final do semestre, o resultado foi de 44 e 41, respectivamente. Interviews were conducted with 44 students of nursing and physiotherapy of the University of Brasilia (UnB), where they answered three questionnaires, about nutritional status and academic routine, anxiety and depression, and anthropometric measurements. Interviews were conducted in two periods, at the beginning and at end of the second half of 2015. Results: We identified 9 students with overweight and e with obesity. The prevalence of anxiety and depression was high, 36 and 29 of the total, respectively, and 25 had episodes of anxiety and depression at the same time. 93.75% of those who had changes in BMI and/or WHR also had some degree of anxiety, while 56.25% have some degree of depression. The most common nutritional status among these participants was "bad", with negative progression throughout the semester as well as reducing the number of full meals and physical activity. At the beginning of the semester, 43 students reported that academic routine interfered with their nutritional status and 40 reported that the academic routine make them anxious and/or depressed, and at the end of the semester, the result was 44 and 41, respectively.
