Procurando entender como os alunos classificam os professores, o que seria um bom e um mal professor na concepção dos alunos, e como isso reflete nas relações que os jovens têm com este profissional em sala de aula e fora dela. Para desenvolver esse trabalho foi necessário entender os processos que envolvem as representações sociais, a história da juventude e da profissão docente. A metodologia utilizada tem como base o método hipotético-dedutivo. A pesquisa de campo foi realizada por intermédio da aplicação de questionários estruturados mistos aos alunos das escolas públicas de ensino médio do Distrito Federal. A pesquisa procurou descobri qual representação social os alunos têm sobre os professores e como isso reflete em seus comportamentos. Isso torna-se importante para que a sociedade consiga entender como o jovem vê seu professor, como se constroem as ideias valorativas que fazem com que qualifiquem o professorado como bons profissionais e como essas relações entre professores e alunos, dentro do universo escolar, refletem em seus comportamentos dentro e fora da escola. _________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACTThe purpose of this work is to verify the representations of youth in public schools of secondary education in the Federal District on teachers. Trying to understand how students rate the teachers, which would be a good and a bad teacher in the design of the students, and how this reflects on the relationships that young people have with this work in the classroom and beyond. To develop this work was necessary to understand the processes that involve the social representations, the history of youth and the teaching profession. The methodology is based on the hypothetical-deductive method. The field research was conducted through structured questionnaires applied to mixed public school students from high school in the Federal District. The research sought to discover which social representation students have on teachers and how this reflects in their behavior.
