Para alcançar este objetivo o trabalho evoluiu atendendo às fases de planejamento de produto, desenvolvimento de especificações, do projeto conceitual e projeto preliminar, utilizando a sistemática da metodologia industrial de “processo de desenvolvimento de produto”. Para os Projetos Conceitual e Preliminar fez-se uso de um método coordenado de forma a separar as variáveis intervenientes entre os subsistemas, o que tornou clara a necessidade de constante associação entre estes e os componentes. No Projeto Conceitual pontuou-se as especificações extraídas do regulamento da competição e selecionou-se opções condizentes com o objetivo do protótipo, bem como descreveu-se um método para o dimensionamento dos subsistemas. No Projeto Preliminar apresenta-se o delineamento da geometria dos componentes projetados e dos selecionados, de acordo com a disponibilidade de mercado. A análise numérica das geometrias dos componentes se deu segundo o Método dos Elementos Finitos e usou como ferramenta o programa Ansys para a análise de tensões, deslocamentos, deformações e fatores de segurança. No capítulo Visão Geral e Análise de Custos analisa-se o produto final, tendo o protótipo completo descrito através de uma ficha técnica e imagens detalhadas do exterior e interior, seguido pela conclusão. Sendo assim, espera-se ter alcançado neste trabalho a realização de um primeiro estudo do protótipo visando a finalização futura detalhada do projeto com a fabricação do veículo, bem como de possibilitar a criação de uma equipe responsável por desenvolvê-lo para participar da Maratona da Eficiência Energética representando o Departamento de Engenharia Mecânica da Universidade de Brasília. __________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACTThis work presents the development of the Preliminary Design of a land vehicle of high efficiency focusing on the establishment of an appropriate prototype format of university competition Marathon Energy Efficiency. To accomplish this work evolved taking into account product planning stages, development of specifications, conceptual design and preliminary design, using a systematic methodology of industrial "product development process". For the Conceptual and Preliminary Project was made using a coordinated approach in order to separate the intervening variables between subsystems, which made clear the need for constant association between them and the components. In the Conceptual Design punctuated drawn up the specifications of the competition regulation and is selected options consistent with the purpose of the prototype and described a method for the design of subsystems. In the Preliminary Design presents, the design geometry of the components designed and selected, according to market availability. Numerical analysis of the geometry of the components took place according to the Finite Element Method and used as a tool Ansys program for the analysis of stresses, displacements, deformations and safety factors. Chapter Overview and Cost Analysis analyzes the final product, taking full prototype described by a fact sheet and detailed pictures of the exterior and interior, followed by the conclusion. Therefore, it is expected to have reached in this work the accomplishment of a preliminary study of the prototype aiming detailed future completion of the project with the manufacture of the vehicle.
