A ideia surgiu após se verificar, por meio de breve estudo bibliográfico, que conceitos e valores racistas se repetiam dentro do ambiente das organizações e que muitas mulheres se sentiam pressionadas a camuflar características fenotípicas para se inserirem no âmbito do mercado de trabalho. Neste sentido, os cabelos aparecem como agente principal. Foi apontado aqui o simbolismo presente nos cabelos, bem como a importância dos cabelos como símbolo de identidade e resistência negra, vinculados aos conceitos de cultura e comportamento organizacional e a gestão da diversidade no ambiente corporativo. Através desse contexto, elaborei um Kit Corporativo de Boas Vindas às colaboradoras de cabelo crespo e cacheado, como uma forma de ação afirmativa realizada por uma comissão de gestão da diversidade, para que essas mulheres se sentissem acolhidas e inseridas no ambiente da organização. The idea came after a brief bibliographical study found that racist concepts and values were repeated within the organizational environment, and many women feel pressured to camouflage phenotypic characteristics to enter the labor market. In this sense, the hairs appear as main agent. The pointers here symbolism present in the hair, as well as the importance of hair as symbols of identity and black resistance, linked to the concepts of culture and organizational behavior and management of diversity in the corporate environment. Through this context, a Corporate Welcome Kit was developed as collaborators of curly curly hair, as an affirmative action carried out by a diversity management commission, so that these women feel welcomed and inserted without an organization's environment.
