O Brasil, apesar de ter se mostrado receptivo a esse novo contingente populacional, ainda não tem adaptado suas mídias de comunicação no âmbito linguístico para facilitar o acesso à informação. Tendo em vista esse cenário, o objetivo deste trabalho foi promover aos imigrantes e refugiados do Distrito Federal, o acesso à informação, sendo esta relativa aos direitos trabalhistas, saúde, educação, processos burocráticos e entretenimento cultural. Para isso, foi feita uma pesquisa de campo com imigrantes, para que os mesmo assinalassem quais informações eram pertinentes para eles. Esses dados coletados deram origem à proposta de aplicativo “Integra”, cujas informações compiladas e traduzidas em diversas línguas facilitariam a adaptação dos imigrantes e refugiados ao contexto brasileiro. Brazil, despite of being receptive to this new population, it has not yet adapted its media in the linguistic scope to facilitate the access to information. In view of this scenario, the objective of this study was to promote access to information to immigrants and refugees in the Federal District, with regard to labor rights, health, education, bureaucratic processes and cultural entertainment. For this, a field survey was carried out with immigrants, so that they could indicate what information was relevant to them. These collected data gave rise to the "Integra" application proposal, where information compiled and translated into several languages would facilitate the adaptation of immigrants and refugees to the Brazilian context. Language is part of the individual's identity and this change not only values the identity of the country as well as contributes to the social integration of the public of this research.Este trabajo trata de la influencia del multilingüismo en el ámbito social, más específicamente con la integración de los inmigrantes en un nuevo contexto sociocultural. Brasil, a pesar de haberse mostrado receptivo a ese nuevo contingente poblacional, aún no ha adaptado sus medios de comunicación en el ámbito lingüístico para facilitar el acceso a la información. En este contexto, el objetivo de este trabajo fue promover a los inmigrantes y refugiados del Distrito Federal, el acceso a la información, siendo ésta relativa a los derechos laborales, salud, educación, procesos burocráticos y entretenimiento cultural. Para ello se realizó una investigación de campo con inmigrantes, para que los mismos señalaran qué informaciones eran pertinentes para ellos. Los datos recogidos dieron origen a la propuesta de aplicación "Integra", donde las informaciones compiladas y traducidas en distintos idiomas facilitarían la adaptación de los inmigrantes y refugiados al contexto brasileño. El lenguaje forma parte de la identidad del individuo y ese cambio no sólo valora la identidad del país como también contribuye a la integración social del público de esa investigación.Cet article traite de l'influence du multilinguisme dans l'environnement social, en ce qui concerne spécifiquement l'intégration des immigrants dans un nouveau contexte socioculturel. Le Brésil, bien qu'ayant prouvé sa réceptivité à ce nouveau contingent de la population, n'a pas encore adapté ces médias de communication au cadre linguistique pour faciliter leur l'accès à l'information. Compte tenu de ce scénario, l'objectif de ce travail était de favoriser aux immigrants et aux réfugiés dans le District Fédéral l'accès à l'information, qui est lié aux droits du travail, la santé, l'éducation, la bureaucratie et le divertissement culturel. Pour cela, une enquête de terrain a été réalisée auprès des immigrants, afin qu'ils puissent indiquer les informations qui les intéressent. Ces données recueillies ont conduit à la proposition d'application « Integra » où les informations compilées et traduites en plusieurs langues facilitent l'adaptation des immigrants et des réfugiés dans le contexte brésilien.
