Com base nas teorias sobre participação política e internet, a análise, dos 933 comentários e das entrevistas semi-estruturadas com gestores do projeto, foi realizada através da replicação do estudo feito por Mendonça e Amaral (2014). Os resultados indicaram uma discussão política sem pluralidade de vozes; predomínio de argumentações técnicas; índices baixos de reciprocidade entre os participantes e concentração de participações nas partes iniciais do texto referência. Em suma, os resultados obtidos reforçam a necessidade de engajamento político para além da criação de alternativas virtuais de participação política. The theories of political participation and Internet were the base of this study. The analysis, of the 933 comments and semi-structured interviews with project managers, was carried out by the replication of the study of Mendonça and Amaral (2014). The results indicated political debate without plurality of voices; predominance of technical arguments; low rates of reciprocity amog participants; and concentration of participation in the initial parts of the reference text. In summary, the results reinforce the need of political engagement beyond the creation of virtual alternative political participation.
