A participação reduzida em atividade física e aumento do tempo gasto em Comportamento Sedentário (CS) estão associados com excesso de peso e outros resultados negativos à saúde. Objetivos: Descrever o nível de atividade física (NAF) e o CS das crianças e adolescentes com PC e investigar as diferenças entre o NAF e o CS quanto à carga ponderal, severidade da PC e desempenho físico e funcional. Materiais e métodos: Estudo transversal com crianças e adolescentes com PC. Foi investigado o NAF através do Questionário de Atividade Física Regular (PAQ-C) e o CS através das horas gastas assistindo televisão. A carga ponderal foi verificada através do Índice de Massa Corporal (IMC), a severidade da PC através do GMFCS (Sistema de Classificação da Função Motora Grossa), a capacidade física através do TC6 (Teste de caminhada de seis minutos) e a capacidade funcional através do GMFM (Mensuração da Função Motora Grossa) e TUG (Teste Levante-se e Ande com Tempo Cronometrado). Resultados: A amostra foi composta por 11 participantes. Não foram observadas diferenças estatisticamente significativas quanto as variáveis investigadas (p>0.05) entre as classificações da amostra (ativos x sedentários) e (com CS x sem CS). Conclusão: Seis participantes tiveram classificações de ativos e sem CS e cinco participantes tiveram as classificações de sedentários e com CS. Participation reduced in physical activity and increased time spent on Sedentary Behaviour (SB) are associated with excess weight and other negative health outcomes. Objectives: To describe the Level of Physical Activity (LPA) and SB of children and adolescents with CP and investigate the differences between the LPA and SB as to the weight load, the severity of the CP and physical and functional performance. Methods: Cross-sectional study with children and adolescents with CP. The LPA was investigated by the Physical Activity Questionnaire for Older Children (PAQ-C) and the SB through the hours spent watching television. The weight load was verified by the Body Mass Index (BMI), the severity of the CP through the GMFCS (Gross Motor Function Classification System), exercise capacity using the TC6 (Six-Minute Walk Test) and functional capacity by the GMFM (Gross Motor Function Measure) and TUG (Timed Up & Go). Results: The sample consisted of 11 participants. No statistically significant differences were observed for the investigated variables (p> 0.05) between the classifications of the sample (active x inactive) and (with SB x without SB). Conclusion: Six participants had classification of assets and without SB and five participants had the classification of sedentary and with SB.
