A segregação espacial formada devido às diferenças estruturais das habitações construídas carrega, em seu âmbito histórico, práticas efetivadas por aqueles que às produzem, sendo o direito à cidade e moradia por vezes desconsiderados quando a terra é indicada como mercadoria passível de venda e locação. À vista disso, evidencia-se que a formação do Distrito Federal expõe diversas problemáticas jurídicas e sociais envolvendo a questão habitacional em seu território, havendo a composição de núcleos urbanos informais e a realização de diversas ações para remoção de invasões. The special segregation formed due to structural differences of housing brings, in its historical scope, practices performed by those who produce them, having the right to the city and housing sometimes disregarded when the land is indicated as a possible commodity for sale or rent. In light of this, it’s evident that the Federal District formation exposes diverse legal and social problems that involves the housing question in its territory, with the composition of informal urban centers and the implementation of several actions in order to put an end to invasions. The search for housing is also observed in the Federal District in occupations coordinated by social movements, where conflicts involving the possession of land are eventually observed.
