Tal investigação foi realizada mediante a análise de questionários respondidos por treze professoras que estão atuando na educação infantil e ensino fundamental. Pretende-se identificar a relevância desse construto teórico no espaço escolar que interfere no processo de ensino e aprendizagem. Descrevemos os aspectos teóricos da afetividade, o que esta apresenta e como contribui à prática docente. Vários teóricos subsidiaram a construção dessa pesquisa, como Wallon (1975, 1989, 2007), Cerqueira e Sousa (2011), Franco (2002), Dantas (1992), Chalita (2004), dentre outros. Destaque, também, para a vivência da pesquisadora, tanto na universidade quanto em sala de aula, vivência construída ao longo da vida e da formação no curso de Pedagogia. O método adotado foi o qualitativo e para construção das informações utilizamos como instrumento indutor o questionário semi-estruturado. Esses questionários foram aplicados a treze professoras da rede particular e pública de ensino básico. Diante da análise das informações, observou-se que as treze professoras dessas instituições educacionais percebem a importância da afetividade nas relações interpessoais, porém sentem dificuldade em exteriorizar suas emoções. Evidenciamos fatores que favorecem como: o respeito, o diálogo, o senso crítico, e outros que desfavorecem como: a baixa autoestima, a agressividade, a indisciplina, que refletem na prática pedagógica junto aos alunos que integram a díade educacional/social. Conclui-se que a afetividade é importante no dia a dia do contexto escolar, pois é uma aliada ao processo de aprendizagem, fornecendo um arcabouço de meios, auxiliando na didática aplicada pelo docente, bem como na formação da personalidade do aluno. ___________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACTThe research in question aims to investigate the contribution of affectivity in teaching practice. This investigation was conducted by analysis of questionnaires completed by thirteen teachers who are working in early childhood education and elementary education. It is intended to identify the relevance of this theoretical construct in the school that interferes with the process of teaching and learning. We describe the theoretical aspects of affectivity, which presents and how this contributes to the teaching practice. Several theorists have subsidized the construction of this research, as Wallon (1975, 1989, 2007), Sousa and Cerqueira (2011), Franco (2002), Dantas (1992), Chalita (2004), among others. Featured, too, for the experience of the researcher, both at university and in the classroom, experience built lifelong and training in pedagogy courses. The method used was qualitative and used for construction of information as an instrument to induce a semi-structured questionnaire. These questionnaires were administered to thirteen teachers from private and public education. Before the data analysis, it was observed that the thirteen teachers of these educational institutions realize the importance of affection in interpersonal relationships, but find it difficult to express their emotions. As evidenced factors that favor: respect, dialogue, critical thinking, and others who disfavor as: low self-esteem, aggression, indiscipline, reflecting on teaching practice with students comprising the dyad educational / social.
