Dentro desses, a questões relacionadas a água ganharam um objetivo específico, que aumenta o escopo de atuação para além dos serviços de abastecimento e esgotamento sanitário, para envolver questões de gestão integrada, eficiência, entre outros. Nesse cenário a atuação junto a governos sub-regionais, principalmente nas cidades, se tornou essencial para a implementação da Agenda, motivando processos como o de territorialização. Nesse trabalho se expande o conceito de territorialização para além da simples tradução de metas e indicadores, para o reconhecimento e impulsão de instancias co-formuladoras. Para o Distrito Federal, que está em processo recente de superação de uma crise hídrica, a análise da Gestão de Recursos Hídricos através da estrutura do ODS6 permitiu o reconhecimento da falta de alguns tópicos, como gênero, e a descrição de algumas oportunidades de territorialização, principalmente na construção de estruturas de monitoramento e desagregação, em cima das lacunas apresentadas a níveis global e nacional. Among them, water-related questions made to an specific goal, that broaden the scope beyond water supply and sanitation to include matters such as integrated management, use efficiency, among others. On this scenario, the enrollment of subnational governments, mainly cities, have become an essential part of the Agenda implementation, influencing and promoting process like localization. On this paper, the concept of localization is expanded beyond the idea translating targets and indicators to build on the acknowledgement of co-formulating instances. For the Federal District (DF), that is on a recent process of overcoming a water shortage crisis, the analysis of the Water Management through the SDG6 framework enabled the recognition of the lack of some topics, such as gender, and the description of some opportunities for localization, especially in the construction of monitoring and disaggregation structures, over the gaps presented at global and national levels.
