Em seguida, analisa-se a gênese do instituto das horas in itinere, sob a ótica das circunstâncias que culminaram em edições de normas regulamentadoras, e as implicações deste instituto na jornada de trabalho. Next, we analyze the genesis of the institute of hours in itinere, under the perspective of the circumstances that culminated in editions of regulatory norms, and the implications of this institute in the work day.
