Resumo: | The present article Black women in the world of work: ethnic-racial identityin professional education presents results of material analysis of research onprofessional education, in the course of Logistics and Transportation, with emphasison vocational training of young blacks emphasizing their self-esteem and aspectsrelated to identity issues of gender, race / color and class. Interviews were carried outand the educational practices for the world of work were investigated, investigatingthe work of professionals in education in front of classrooms, emphasizing the issueof self-esteem and ethnic-racial identity of black women as students of the course.The selected locus is the CEEP (Center of Education in Professional Education) inLogistics and Transportation Luiz Pinto de Carvalho, in Salvador-Bahia, the choiceis based on the perception that the training area offered by this center is seen asa potential for insertion in the world of work. Education and training for work,historically, present themselves as the most viable path of social promotion andcoping with inequalities. These interviews were conducted based on the guidelinesof the ethics committee of the State University of Bahia - UNEB, whose project wassubmitted and approved. |

Se realizaron entrevistas y analizaron las prácticas educativas para el mundodel trabajo, investigando la actuación de los profesionales en educación al frentede aulas, enfatizando la cuestión de la autoestima e identidad étnica-racial de lasmujeres negras como alumnas del curso. El objetivo de investigación seleccionadoes el CEEP en Logística y Transporte Luiz Pinto de Carvalho, en Salvador-Bahia, laelección del mismo se basa en la percepción de que el área de formación ofrecida poreste centro es vista como potencializadora para inserción en el mundo del trabajo.La educación y la formación para el trabajo, históricamente, se presentan comoun camino más viable de promoción social y enfrentamiento de las desigualdades.Essas entrevistas se realizaron teniendo como base las orientaciones del comité deética de la Universidad del Estado de Bahía - UNEB, cuyo proyecto fue sometido yaprobado.Le présent article Les femmes noires dans le monde du travail: l'identité ethnoracialedans l'enseignement professionnel présente les résultats de l'analysematérielle de la recherche sur la formation professionnelle, dans le domaine de lalogistique et des transports, en mettant l'accent sur l'estime de soi. liés aux questionsd'identité de genre, race / couleur et classe. Des entrevues ont été menées et lespratiques éducatives du monde du travail ont été étudiées, examinant le travail desprofessionnels de l'éducation devant les salles de classe, en insistant sur la questionde l'estime de soi et de l'identité ethnique et raciale des femmes noires en tantqu'étudiants. Le locus choisi est le CEEP (Centre d'Éducation Professionnelle) enLogistique et Transport Luiz Pinto de Carvalho, Ã Salvador-Bahia, le choix est basésur la perception que l'espace d'entraînement offert par ce centre est vu commeun potentiel d'insertion dans le monde du travail. Historiquement, l'éducation etla formation au travail se présentent comme la voie la plus viable de la promotionsociale et de la gestion des inégalités. Ces entretiens ont été menés sur la base desdirectives du comité d'éthique de l'Université d'État de Bahia - UNEB, dont le projeta été soumis et approuvé.O presente artigo Mulher negra no mundo do trabalho: identidade étnicoracial na educação profissional apresenta resultados de análise de material da pesquisa sobre a educação profissional, no curso de Logística e Transporte, com ênfase na formação profissional de jovens negras enfatizando sua autoestima e aspectos relacionados às questões identitárias de gênero, raça/cor e classe. Foram realizadas entrevistas e analisadas as práticas educativas para o mundo do trabalho, investigando a atuação dos profissionais em educação à frente de salas de aulas, enfatizando a questão da autoestima e identidade étnica-racial das mulheres negras enquanto alunas do curso. O lócus de pesquisa selecionado é o Centro de Ensino em Educação Profissional (CEEP) em Logística e Transporte Luiz Pinto de Carvalho, em Salvador-Bahia, a escolha do mesmo se baseia na percepção de que a área de formação ofertada por esse centro é vista como potencializadora para inserção no mundo do trabalho. A educação e a formação para o trabalho, historicamente, se apresentam como caminho mais viável de promoção social e enfrentamento das desigualdades.
