Superior education in decay time: analysis from the teacher's opinion

Resumo: This paper presents how teachers perceive changes in work conditions, assuming precariousness and considering the scenario from the 1990s, considering the specificities of public and private HEIs in Salvador/BA and the primary data collected was analyzed through the Discourse of the Collective Subject. It was noticed that after the managerial reform, where the University assumed the hegemonic logic, the discourse becomes unique. Thus, there was disengagement in relation to a shared world that prevents the creation of lasting bonds, favoring the obsolescence of values such as responsibility, respect and solidarity on the part of the teachers analyzed.

Percebeu-se que após a reforma gerencialista, onde a Universidade assumiu a lógica hegemônica, o discurso se torna único. Assim, verificou-se o desengajamento em relação a um mundo compartilhado que impede a criação de laços duradouros, favorecendo a obsolescência de valores como responsabilidade, respeito e solidariedade por parte dos professores analisados.solidaridad.Cet article présente l'évolution des conditions de travail de l'enseignement, dans le contexte du travail précaire, depuis les années 1990, en tenant compte des spécificités des EES publics et privés à Salvador / Ba. Pour l'analyse des données collectées, le discours sujet collectif a été utilisé. On a remarqué que le discours devient unique et que, après la réforme managériale où l'Université assume la logique hégémonique. Une telle question conduit au désengagement par rapport à un monde partagé qui empêche la création de liens durables, favorisant l'obsolescence de valeurs telles que la responsabilité, le respect et la solidarité.Este trabalho apresenta como os docentes percebem as mudanças das condições de trabalho, assumindo a precarização e considerando o cenário a partir dos anos 1990, observando as especificidades das IES públicas e privadas de Salvador/BA e analisando os dados primários coletados através do Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo.
